Focaccia

A staple of the Italian Ligurian coast, focaccia has fed Mediterranean communities for centuries. Ours is thick and pillowy with a golden, olive oil-crisped crust, topped with olives, onion, tomatoes, rosemary, and sea salt. Made with organic ingredients and natural levain, slow-fermented for light, open crumb and excellent digestibility.
