Spelt Bread (Pain d'Épeautre)

Made entirely with organic whole spelt — an ancient grain cultivated in Europe for over 8,000 years, long before modern wheat was developed. Spelt has a fragile, water-soluble gluten structure the body processes very differently from modern wheat. Made with natural levain, slow-fermented. One of the most digestible breads in our range.
